To the top left are two dropdowns. Select the term from the first dropdown. The second dropdown determines the grouping of
courses. Courses can be grouped by
Subjects (Subject/ Course) or
Subjects (Subject/ Course) view, the navigation bars below the dropdowns can be used to
navigate the subject and course. For example, if you wanted to view CS101, you would select 'CS'
from the subject navigation and '101' from the course navigation.
Instructors view provides an additional filter that searches the faculty list by name.
Info column of each section of a course has a link to the prescribed textbook and the Course
Profile (if available).
The courses are color-coded according to their availability - white for available,
yellow for closed and
red for cancelled.
The floating buttons next to the navigation bars can be used to Collapse
the navigation. When not at the top of the page, Scroll Up
can be used to jump to the top of the page. The page can be refreshed using the Refresh
After exporting as Excel, Excel may give a warning about file format the first time you open the
exported file. Ignore the warning.
While printing, the "Landscape" mode and a scale of 75% will give best results.
